Autoresponder not Sending

Common reason #1

Reason: Changing a regular campaign into an autoresponder. Sometimes users create and send a regular campaign, and after a while, they copy and change the type of campaign into another kind of campaign. that will not work, after you create a campaign (regular) save it and send it, you have to keep it (regular) and the same goes if you create an autoresponder.

Solution: Create an autoresponder from scratch, don't change the type of your campaign after it is configured.

Email sequences are not sending

Common reason #2

Reason: Individual email inside your campaigns are inactive. Once you create your campaign you have to make sure all the individual email are active, some users forget to active them before sending.

Solution: Activate all the emails in your campaign, before saving and sending
